About GB Hosting
GB Hosting is the hosting service of GB Systems UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Passau, Germany.
We run web hosting, VPS and Windows servers for businesses, agencies and developers who do not want to manage servers themselves. Set-up, security updates, backups and monitoring are on us, on every plan.
Who is behind GB Hosting
Managing director: Stephan Alois Bauer, Managing Director of GB Systems. He also writes our guides.
How we work
Fully managed means we handle the technology
We set up your server, install updates, back up daily and respond to alerts around the clock.
Every website in its own container
Even on the smallest shared plan you share neither files nor resources with other customers.
Fixed prices, no teaser offers
You pay a fixed monthly price, with no long contract, cancel any time.
Support in German and English
by email, phone and contact form, with a reply within 24 hours, much faster on priority plans.
Where your data lives
Our servers are in a Tier III data centre in Falkenstein (Saxony), with backups in a second location in Nuremberg. The data centre operator runs an ISO 27001 certified information security management system. Details: Our infrastructure. For your data protection: Data processing agreement (DPA).
