These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by GB Systems UG (haftungsbeschränkt) under the brand GB Hosting.

2. Services Provided

GB Hosting provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services according to the selected plan. We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime.

3. Customer Obligations

The customer is responsible for the content stored on our servers and must ensure it complies with German and international law. Spam, malware, and illegal content are strictly prohibited.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are due in advance for the selected billing cycle. We process payments securely via SEPA Direct Debit.
